Your report brings the published URLs together. Audience size, search ranking and newsroom endorsement are separate from publication.
Wedding publicity should begin with your story and your permission—not a list of promises. We shape approved wedding material into a clearly scoped media-distribution brief for couples in Delhi NCR and destination celebrations.
Let’s begin with your story

An Indian celebration can have a circle that stretches far beyond the wedding city. Your media brief starts with who you want the story to reach.
We bring the editorial feature, selected images and proposed publication destinations into one plan. The tone and presentation should feel connected whether the audience is in India or overseas.
The agreed outlet list and placement formats make that plan specific. You can review the proposed destinations and the intended scope before approving a release.
Request the current media planDefine the celebration, audience and level of visibility. Decide which details are part of the public story.
Bring together the feature and selected photographs, with names, credits and permissions checked.
Review the words, images, proposed destinations, formats and release timing as one brief.
Follow the agreed publishing plan and collect the available publication links for the handover.
A useful handover makes it easy to understand what was delivered and return to the available published work.
The record can connect the approved feature, digital assets and available publication links. Placement formats should be identified clearly, so each result has context.
These materials can also inform a digital wedding collection. If you would like an archive alongside the media brief, we can define the connection and its hosting terms in your proposal.

Your story, audience and desired visibility.
TheMediaEvent brings together editorial storytelling, selected imagery and an agreed plan for sharing a wedding story. It is a separate service from planning the celebration or photographing the day. Your existing photographer, filmmaker, planner and venue remain part of your team.
The first decision is what you want the story to achieve: an announcement to share with family, a wider public-facing feature, or a private collection. Not every celebration needs public distribution, and a private brief should not be treated as a public campaign.
Review the proposed outlets and placement formats.
A publication may independently decide to cover a wedding. That is earned editorial coverage. A paid, sponsored or syndicated placement follows a different route and should be described accordingly. Distribution does not turn a supplied story into an independent newsroom endorsement.
The proposal should identify the outlet domains, placement formats, intended quantity, release timing and reporting arrangements. A local affiliate website, a national network newsroom and a third-party distribution feed are not interchangeable destinations.
Confirm the words, photographs and timing.
Agree which names, images, locations and personal details may be shared, who signs off, and when the story may be released. Your images must be rights-cleared for their intended use. A referral from a wedding professional is an introduction, not permission to publish.
Once material is public, third parties may copy or index it. Complete withdrawal or permanent control cannot be promised. Privacy decisions are therefore part of the brief, before distribution—not an afterthought.
The network spans 500+ Indian and international publication destinations. Your proposal identifies the actual outlet domains, publication formats and number of placements included in your commission. Guaranteed publishing applies to that confirmed list; the network size is not a promise that every edition appears on every website.
FOX News, CBS News, ABC News, Google News and Apple News appear as reference destinations for discussion, not confirmed partners. A website placement does not automatically appear in Google News or Apple News; an eligible route and any required acceptance need to be established.
Your agreed handover can include the approved feature, selected digital assets and available publication links, with placement types made clear. Confirm the delivery timetable and any archive arrangements in the proposal. No package guarantees independent editorial coverage, search rankings, readership or virality.
